  1. Do we need permits?

    These laws are often part of a city’s zoning or administrative codes. In many cities, you must register, get a permit, or obtain a license before you list your property or accept guests. We will review your local laws before listing your space on Airbnb.

  2. How do we know we can trust people staying at our home?

    As part of the Airbnb booking process, both hosts and guests are background checked and verified.

  3. What if keys get lost/ duplicated?

    We will change lock to electric code lock so there is no keys getting lost or duplicated. We would know what guest has the code, when they’re coming and going.

  4. Do we need to be insured?

    Every host with a listing on Airbnb is eligible for coverage at no additional cost. Host Protection Insurance designed to protect you from liability in case your guests get hurt or cause property damage.
